Leadership & Management

Drawing on insights and experience from the world of sport and business, we work with individuals to assist them in becoming the best leaders they can be.
Currently we are finding more and more individuals who are being promoted internally from their current role who are finding the transition from colleague to leader really tough. Individuals are essentially moving from an expert on the floor to a novice as a leader and this can be extremely challenging.

This is an empowering and personal programme designed specifically for Individuals looking to enhance their leaderships skills, develop their ability to perform under pressure and to fulfil their leadership potential in their current environments.
Our developing a High performing team programme is aimed at senior leaders, team leaders and shift leaders who strive to galvanise their team to deliver consistent results in a pressurised environment.

Culture Build

A strong organisational culture doesn’t happen by accident—it’s shaped intentionally by leaders who model values, set expectations, and create environments where people can thrive.
This workshop is designed for leaders at any level and in any sector who want to understand how culture drives performance, innovation, and engagement.
Participants will explore how culture is formed, how it evolves, and the direct impact it has on employee motivation, collaboration, and results.
The session combines practical frameworks with real-world examples to help leaders assess their current culture and identify areas for improvement.
Through guided reflection and interactive discussions, participants will learn strategies for aligning team behaviours with organisational values, building trust, and fostering inclusivity.
Special focus will be placed on recognising cultural “red flags” and addressing them before they undermine morale or productivity.
By the end of the workshop, leaders will have the tools to act as culture champions—able to articulate the desired culture, embed it into daily operations, and inspire their teams to live it.
Particpants will leave with a personal action plan tailored to their leadership style and organisational context, ensuring that culture becomes not just an HR initiative, but a shared leadership responsibility across the business.
In every workplace, there are moments when leaders must address sensitive issues—whether it’s giving constructive feedback, discussing performance concerns, or navigating personal challenges affecting work.
This workshop equips leaders with the mindset, skills, and confidence to have difficult yet productive conversations with employees. Participants will explore why these discussions are essential for trust, growth, and accountability, and learn how to approach them with empathy and clarity rather than avoidance or defensiveness.
Using practical tools and real-world scenarios, leaders will practise structuring conversations that balance honesty with respect. The session covers techniques for active listening, asking open questions, managing emotional reactions, and maintaining focus on solutions. Special attention will be given to preparing for conversations, choosing the right setting, and following up to ensure agreed actions are implemented.By the end of the workshop, participants will feel more capable of addressing challenging topics without damaging relationships.
Participants will leave with strategies to turn potentially uncomfortable moments into opportunities for engagement, development, and positive change—building a culture where open, courageous dialogue is the norm rather than the exception.
