Here @ The Sporting Pursuit we like to provide everyone with a little TLC.....but not as you know it.

Of course everything we do is with tender loving care, however TLC stands for Talent, Leadership & Character. It is our mission to work with the leaders of tomorrow and to empower students in schools and further education with the belief that they can achieve anything they set their sights on, whilst using a values and behaviors led framework to get there. So what is TLC? Are you curious?

TLC is based on the TLC Framework (TLCFTM) developed by Dr. Ralph Pim.
Dr. Pim is an inspiring teacher, dynamic team builder,and author of nine books. He is recognized as a global expert
for developing leaders of character and building cultures of greatness.

We are honoured at The Sporting Pursuit to be ambassadors of this life changing programme, but more importantly we are proud to be colleagues and friends and lead tutors in the UK & Ireland.

TLC has been delivered in school, college and university classrooms to students and teachers in the UK & Ireland, USA, Australia, New Zealand & Singapore and Stevie is lead tutor in the UK & Ireland and has also been a
tutor in New Zealand for Active Auckland and Sport New Zealand as lead creator of programmes such as
Good Sports, Performance Coach Advance & Pathway to Podium (P2P)
