Our Chief Encouragement Officer Stevie Baxter is an inspirational presenter, a dynamic team builder, who leads cultural change by using a values and behaviours based framework to inspire, connect and empower individuals, teams and organisations to be the best they can be.

Stevie's modern leadership style has allowed him to develop athletes & coaches of character and build teams of significance whilst working across all levels of sport from foundation to performance in areas of sport's administration, coach development, athlete development and performance sport. A coach developer, a content designer, a keynote speaker and athlete advisor, Stevie can help you and your organisation get to the next level.

 

As a coach Stevie has represented Scotland and New Zealand as a coach on the International stage massing a number of International matches in a number of countries including the FIFA 2012 U20 World Cup in Japan for New Zealand. Stevie has also been a member of International Technical Panels throughout Oceania, a keynote speaker in Europe and has worked with Olympic, Paralympic and Special Olympic coaches, athletes and teams. Stevie has worked with some of the leading coaches and athletes in a number of different sports at national, international and olympic level. 

 

Stevie values his family as his number one priority and driver in life. Married in 2010 to his beautiful wife Laura their family became complete when daughter Mia arrived into their world in January 2015.

Described as an all round good guy, Stevie's personal mantra is - "It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice"
